Description: The UVA Posse Ambassadors are requesting approval for a listserv dedicated specifically to the mentors in our Posse Big/Little mentorship program. This listserv will be used to share important updates, expectations, reminders, and resources that support mentors in their role. Communication will include check-ins, upcoming event information, guidance for supporting mentees, and announcements that help maintain consistent engagement within the program. Membership will be limited to designated Posse mentors and program leadership to ensure focused, role-specific communication.
