Subject: Medlife at UVA

Description: MEDLIFE is a secular, volunteer-run global health organization whose mission is to help families achieve greater freedom from the constraints of poverty, empowering them to live healthier lives.
As a student organization, our goal is to promote awareness of global health issues and also provide those interested with the opportunity to participate in mobile clinics throughout South America. On these clinics, students work in cooperation with local healthcare professionals to provide healthcare to communities who otherwise have no access to healthcare.
