Subject: Ufirst Change Champions

Description: The Ufirst Change Champion Network is comprised of influential and trusted representatives from groups that will be affected by the Ufirst change initiative. Change Champions help the project team with stakeholder engagement and communications activities to support adoption and buy-in of change.
This group includes representatives outside of the project team who promote awareness, understanding and acceptance and serve as a channel for feedback to the project team and sponsors.
