Description: The purpose of the University of Virginia (UVA) Chapter of Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society (RJOS) is to promote professional development of University of Virginia female medical students of all backgrounds to succeed in orthopaedic surgery. More broadly, UVA RJOS is open to all students interested in orthopaedics who are interested in fostering a diverse and inclusive community within the field.
