Description: Project RISHI at the University of Virginia is a satellite organization of the national 501(c)(3) nonprofit of the same name that strives to improve social and health improvement in rural Indian communities. By partnering local communities in India and grassroots organizations with university campuses across the country, the CIO strives to create a sustainable and maintainable change in the public health of the target communities.
