Description: Our purpose is to connect faculty, staff, and students past and present
who are interested in utilizing the Cavalier network to
achieve a wide range of charitable goals in the nonprofit sector.

This list is intended as a networking tool for strictly nonprofit events and causes.
We do not discriminate by race, ethnicity, nationality, social status or occupation,
and do not have any religious or political affiliations,
but we are open to connecting people whose organizations
do hold more specific beliefs- so long as their goal is charitable giving,
not proselytizing, and so long as their organization
does not participate in any discrimination.

This is not a place to solicit donations or to discuss the exchange funds,
but is intended as a sounding board for Cavaliers in outreach,
marketing, fundraising, planned giving, and donor development efforts.
The list cannot be held responsible for any decisions or exchanges
that are made as a result of contact with another subscriber or member.

A quarterly nonprofit newsletter will be the primary mode of communication
and we will do our best to verify that all members and subscribers
are or have once been members of the UVA community,
but all decisions should be made based upon
your own research and at your own discretion.

We are not infallible, so keep an eye out and be sure to share any
and all information if you suspect a scam, ulterior motive, or deceit!
