Subject: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Project Steering Committee

Description: The Steering Committee is advisory to, and chaired by, the Executive Project Sponsor. The Project Steering Committee includes management representatives from all key stakeholder groups, representing both the Academic Division and the Medical Center. The Steering Committee champions the project effort and provides cross-functional support and decisions for the project. The Committee resolves issues outside the responsibility or authority of the project manager.
