Subject: Friends of PHAR Student Group Communications

Description: Under the guidance of the Public Housing Association of Residents (PHAR), The Friends of PHAR at the University of Virginia is established for the purpose of influencing government decisions to better represent the needs of public housing residents in Charlottesville. Students will additionally help facilitate participatory budgeting workshops in low-income neighborhoods of Charlottesville. Friends of PHAR is an existing student effort with an active application for CIO Status. This mailing list with a UVA domain is required to establish our presence on Grounds and receive CIO status.
