Description: First-Generation and Limited Income Partnership (FLIP) at UVA is a student-run organization that uplifts and empowers first-generation and low-income (FGLI) students at the University of Virginia. We create space for community, advocacy, and support through social events, resource-sharing, and peer mentorship. Our mission is to amplify FGLI voices, increase visibility, and advance equity on Grounds.
