Subject: Bharatiya Council

Description: Bharatiya Council is a new club that we are forming for international Indians.
Our mission statement is:
- Help international Indians transition to the United States and assimilate with the existing culture
- Celebrate cultural events on religious grounds
- Help international Indians whose first language is not English search for career-related opportunities and check for alignment with immigration regulations
- Establish networks with International Indian alumni. Help connect with recruiters in India as well as the US using the network
- End-to-end connection - newly enrolled applicants approach UVA club of India and are directed to BC
