Subject: Anthrograd social listserv

Description: This listserv provides a forum for anthropology graduate students at UVa to connect with each other, engage in anthropological discussion, social planning, and other activities. Topics might include social gatherings, theory, articles, general information etc.

While spirited exchanges are encouraged, please use common courtesy with other students and take personal arguments offline. Remember that email does not convey tone well and can easily lead to misunderstandings.

This listserv will not be moderated by anyone, and will be administered by current grad reps. No faculty or non-students will be allowed on it; and participants should not forward, copy, or distribute messages without explicit permission from the authors.
