Subject: List creation for conference rooms in Brooks Hall
Description:
We need a list that students can send an email to that can be moderated and checked by two people. The purpose of the list is so we can check the availability of our conference rooms and then let students and faculty know if the room is available for them to host an event. It's easier to post a listserv email that two to potentially three people can check and access as opposed to someone sending correspondence to one individual. We want to post the listserv information on signs that will be on the outside of these non-public areas, so relevant list members can easily review the requests.
