Subject: 2021 - 2022 Black Presidents Council

Description: According to its constitution, the purpose of the Black Presidents Council is to provide an opportunity for executive board members or representatives of active and registered CIOs to gather as a group to discuss historical themes and current events that have defined what it means to be a Black student at the University of Virginia. As a group of “elders”, the council helps shape the experience of Black students by strategically supporting the whole of the Black community through advising, advocacy, and celebration.
