Hey VAA apple lovers, 

This is a reminder that this SATURDAY we are meeting outside of Thorton Hall at 9:57 AM to take a ride over to Graves Mountain to go apple picking. If you have committed to go on the Doodlepoll but can no longer attend LET ME KNOW so that we can give your spot to someone else who might want to attend. If you have not signed the Doodlepoll that Tori sent out earlier this week and you want to join us, e-mail me directing and I'll let you know if we have car space for you.  

The drive to Graves is about 50 minutes and you should plan on being at the apple festival until 1:30 or 2. I would suggest bringing CASH and WATER because last year, while they did sell food, you weren't supposed to pay with credit and if you did have to pay with credit they wrote your card number and information down by hand, which just isn't safe. 

A few people will be staying in the Syria area as Alexa will be leading a hike to a beauuutiful waterfall nearby. It's an estimated distance of 2 miles roundtrip and should take less than two hours to hike and hangout by the falls (I've attached a picture from last year so you can see just how perfect it is). Maybe e-mail me if you're interested in doing the hike, but otherwise we can figure it out once we get to Graves. Everyone will get home somehow.
