I'll pass this on to the list Frank. It makes sense for people to indicate as much as they'll be doing if there's a possibility of group activity.

John, if somebody plans to participate in the Lobby Day for Reason on March 23 (http://secular.org/ReasonLobby) and/or the American Atheists convention on March 25-26 (http://www.atheists.org/events/2012_National_Convention, $30 for students), should they indicate that in the registration? If somebody needs a place to stay in northern Virginia on a night or nights between these events, should they indicate that?--

Additionally, we need volunteers to drive your fellow VAAers.Best Case Scenario: Student Council fully approves our funding request, and drivers can be reimbursed.Worst Case Scenario: We split travel-costs equally between a substantial number of people. So yeah, get hyped and reply on this event page: http://groupspaces.com/VirginiaAtheistsandAgnostics/item/247473 (Click "register" so we can collect your information.)Thanks,John
