Hello VAA,

This Thursday, I personally will be giving a talk on a topic near and dear to my brain: existentialism. This refers to a way of thinking which puts emphasis on the individual and their experience as central to any important questions. By introducing this style of thought which treats the individual as primary, I hope to shed light on ways a secularist can think about things like values, meaning, freedom, truth -- and maybe even how one should live their life. (No promises on this one ;) )

The meeting will take place:
