Every year, I do my “Number Pieces” combinations.
Some years, they’ve come up as easier (few simultaneous works
adding up to the year since his birth), other times, like this year,
they can become quite complex and dense. This year is made up
of thirteen different layers (three layers of “Thirteen” and two layers 
of Two² are included). Tho “13” is included in the “113” age and 
there are 13 layers as well as the 3 layers of “Thirteen”, none of this
was by choice (I can show anyone the breakdown, in order, 
if someone wishes to see it).

Anyway, it’s my way of celebrating his legacy.
