hi

recently, i was made aware that the austrailian humaities review did an 
issue on 70 years since 4'33" (http://australianhumanitiesreview.org/)

i remembered again that i do not like academic writing (often more 
concerned with author than topic), and the irony of pages upon pages of 
writing about what is essentially a non-verbal event (an invitation to 
be present) kept hitting me over the head as if a replica of maxwell's 
silver hammer ...

i liked the stories though ...
