Apologies for the belated response. YES, there is a physical CD option for the new Mode Cage Edition release with the Feldman transcription of "Cheap Imitation" (mode 327). Unfortunately it did not get posted to the Bandcamp in time. But you can order it directly from Mode via this link:

IMHO it is a special release made even more special due to the superb performance of pianist Aki Takahashi. It also contains the first recording of "All sides of the small stone for Erik Satie and (secretly given to Jim Tenney) as a koan," attributed to Cage (from 1978). Debate away!
