Unfortunately I was not able to find contact info for Dorothy Crawford at kusc.org.

regarding Rob Haskins question (Anyone know how Frans van Rossum's Cage biography is coming?)
- in the interview Mr. van Ossum mentioned that he has still (many more years) of research ahead for his Cage biography, hmm
