UT Arlington is Hiring for an Assistant Director position, overseeing Prevention and Gender Advocacy Programs.

This individual reports to the Assistant Dean of Students and supervises staff, graduate interns and peer educators. Master’s Degree is required.

 

To oversee the Sexual Assault Prevention and Gender Advocacy Programs in the Division of Student Affairs. Coordinate the programs and day-to-day functions of Relationship Violence and Sexual Assault Prevention (RVSP) Program, LGBTQA program and Student Advocacy services. Responsible for development, implementation and coordination of prevention programs including assessing needs and evaluating outcomes. Primary resource for student issues related to sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence and stalking, and bias incidents. Dedicated to cultivating a positive, safe and welcoming campus environment.
