UC Berkeley is hiring a Prevention Manager for Staff & Faculty Programs who will focus on the prevention of sexual violence and harassment, stalking, and intimate partner violence. The candidate must have strong multicultural competence, a commitment to and understanding of social justice, and a desire to build relationships and work collaboratively with students, staff, faculty, and community organizations. We are seeking a candidate with a passion for social change and a strong history of experience with employee-focused programs.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Prevention, the Prevention Manager for Staff & Faculty Programs is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating health education programs to prevent sexual harassment and assault, intimate partner violence, and stalking and promote the health, well-being, and a culture of anti-violence among of the campus community. Responsible for interventions at the individual, community, organizational, and policy level. The Prevention Manager for Staff & Faculty Programs will develop and lead key prevention efforts to address the systemic roots of violence, affect behavioral change, and meet federal, state, and UC systemwide recommendations.
