Hi friends,

We are exploring the possibility of charging groups that request training for our office as a part of meeting their national mandates, for example, NCAA requirements or fraternity and sorority chapter requirements.  We would offer training for free in the classroom, to student orgs, and others if it was requested but not part of a mandate.  We would also charge for requests we get to speak at conferences.  This is a new approach for us, but would certainly help with our impending deficit and the increase in staff hours to meet high volume requests.

Do any of y'all charge for the workshops you offer to your own campus or at conferences?  We are looking to develop some sort of matrix and I'd love to learn more about any other departments that do something similar.

Thanks! :)
