Thank you for the fabulous list and great recommendations.  Related to sex trafficking I would add the documentaries “Flesh” and “Tricked”.

Absolutely! And admittedly I didn't read the list super closely to double check any duplicates, my apologies. We screen Once Were Warriors in collaboration with our Native American House, a sister unit of our office. The last time we screened it, a postdoctoral researcher who was Maori led part of our talk-back. There's great opportunity with Once Were Warriors to have a deep discussion about barriers to seeking support and the intersection of structural/interpersonal violence.

Thanks Rachel.  I thought I had Once Were Warriors on there.  Maybe it fell off. I’ll make sure it’s back on there, plus add these others. I strongly recommend it but it can be intensely triggering. Very violent but with a purpose. So you need to make sure that there’s a big trigger warning plus lots of debriefing time afterwards.
