The Women and Gender Advocacy Center at Colorado State University has REPOSTED the following position with DIFFERENT minimum qualifications. Please help us spread the word far and wide!  

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Women and Gender Advocacy Center provides programs and resources focusing on all genders, social justice, and interpersonal violence prevention. Additionally, the WGAC provides advocacy and support for victims of sexual violence, stalking, sexual harassment, relationship violence, and adult survivors of sexual assault. Our purpose is to provide a safe and affirming space for the students we serve at Colorado State University, while supporting systemic change to end all forms of oppression within our community.

The priority for the Assistant Director of Educational Programming is to provide leadership and implementation for education and outreach programming on social justice issues, with a specific focus on interpersonal violence and other and gender-based topics throughout the campus and community. The position will report to the Director of the Women and Gender Advocacy Center. The AD of Educational Programming will need to be very familiar with Interpersonal Violence education on college campuses and must approach educational programming from an intersectional framework.
