Rider University seeks a Director for its Student Health Services to manage the on-going supervision and leadership of all health services staff and programs to assure that the mission, goals, and objectives of Health Services and the University are successfully accomplished. Major responsibilities include: administration of health care operations on Rider's Lawrenceville and Princeton campuses; implementation of health education programming to students; and providing clinical care to students. 

 

 

Master's degree required and must be an Advanced Family Nurse Practitioner licensed in the State of New Jersey along with BLS certification. Additional requirements include: excellent management, supervisory and leadership skills; the ability to work in collaborative, interdisciplinary relations; strong written and verbal skills; the energy and vision needed to provide for the ongoing health care of students; and the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate health care and education programming.
