Hello friends!

I am beyond thrilled to share that we are hiring a Violence Prevention and Support Coordinator.  The Violence Prevention and Support Coordinator (VPSC) serves as a key member of the Boise State Campus.  Housed in the Gender Equity Center, a key focus will be on exploring social issues through the lens of intersectional feminism—a theory that connects gender-based violence with other forms of identity-based oppression.  The selected candidate will provide: client-centered support services, valuable educational opportunities, quality supervision of peer educators, and strong leadership on relevant campus and community committees.  By design, this position is highly collaborative—within the office, across campus, and in the community—to meaningfully advance equity.
