Throwing one more film suggestion into the ring for everyone's consideration this school year:

Audrie & Daisy will be released on Netflix this fall, and in support of that release, the film will be available for free to campus and community organizations who are interested in hosting a screening and talkback event during the fall.

Audrie & Daisy follows the stories of Audrie Pott and Daisy Coleman, both underage high-school girls, who were sexually assaulted by school acquaintances and bullied by their peers, while their assailants received little punishment. Tragically, Audrie takes her own life, but Daisy survives multiple attempts and goes on to connect with other survivors to forge a path toward healing by creating SafeBAE.
 The film is about the power of survivor networks, and more specifically, the power of teen peers to reverse the tragic affects of online and in-person bullying.
SafeBAE has developed the student activist kit for the film and the survivor/co-founders will be available for speaking in collaboration with the film.  There will also be a provided curriculum, developed by Futures Without Violence.

If anyone has any questions at all, please don't hesitate to reach out at shael
@safebae.org.
To learn more or request a free screening, you can email screenings coordinator Carla Fleisher at .
