The North Carolina Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCCADV) is hiring a full-time Member Services Specialist!

 

NCCADV leads the state’s movement to end domestic violence and to enhance work with survivors through collaborations, innovative trainings, prevention, technical assistance, state policy development and legal advocacy.

 

Position Summary:         Under the supervision of the Member Services and Communications Coordinator this position will support NCCADV’s statewide database services to domestic violence service provider (DVSP) membership.  In addition, this position will assist with other NCCADV databases and membership services.  This position will require collaboration with several NCCADV staff members, advanced organizational skills, the ability to work with professionalism, the ability to work with various forms of software and technology, and strong multi-tasking skills.

 

Job responsibilities include managing the Osnium WS database project, providing regular communication to domestic violence service providers, assisting in the development of marketing materials, coordinating special events to increase domestic violence awareness and helping to build and support NCCADV’s membership base, among others.
