American University does not provide forensic
exams in the student health center. All DC sexual assaults, students and
non-students, go to one hospital (Washington Hospital Center) where there
is always a SANE nurse available. When a call comes in, a case manager
from NVRDC (non-profit in the community) goes to the hospital to provide
support and advocacy to the survivor.

Hey folks -

Do any of your student health centers administer
forensic exams?  I have found this to be very rare and in fact cannot
think of a campus that does this.  However, I want to get an accurate
gauge for what is out there.
