Subject: Legal basis for Anonymous Reporting

Good Afternoon Advocates and Preventionists,

 

Can someone direct me to the legal language, if it exists, requiring Universities to offer students the option of an anonymous report? I know it is best practice but I need to demonstrate that it is law.
