Under Title IX, are schools required to inform students they can file an OCR complaint?
If so, can this be done simply via the school's written policy and/or when students are being provided resources (e.g. meeting with an advisor, meeting with the Title IX Coordinator, etc)? If someone can point me to the exact place this is written in the legislation that would be a bonus.
Thank you!
Rina
