Not exactly the answer, but to consider:

CA Victim’s Compensation Fund covers mental health services “not otherwise covered.” This could be an avenue for those survivors who qualify to get their counselling for free. Eligibility in CA: http://vcgcb.ca.gov/victims/eligibility.aspx

Our Counseling Center does not charge for any counseling services on our campus, the University of North Alabama.

We are a fairly small campus and do not charge for any counseling sessions.

Hi folks,

A colleague is submitting a proposal to waive fees for long(er)-term counseling. Typically, after the 5th session, students are charged a $15 fee. She is interested in learning about the counseling centers/universities that waive fees for survivors. Could you all share the names of programs/universities where fees are waived?

Warmly,
Mari
