Good Morning Everyone, I have several questions and I hope someone might be able to provide some insight.
1.
Have any of you had to work with a complainant/victim that was a staff member and the respondent/ perpetrator was a student? What is your process like? I know that there are some campus advocates that find this within their scope. My
office has always served students, but there is the potential for this situation to arise.
2.
Have any of you had to work with two students that have filed complaints against each other? Here at UCO, I am the campus advocate. My back-up person is through the counseling center on campus and if I can’t utilize that person, protocol
is to refer to our local YWCA. 3.
Do any states have a statewide database to connect to that provides info on local campus advocates and Title IX coordinators? Here in Oklahoma, I am collaborating team members to work on this initiative and I am starting from scratch.
I have already reached out to our Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education office, in hopes that there will be a partial list somewhere. Has anyone else done this and if so, how was it accomplished?
