Hello Community,

Harvard’s Office of Sexual Assault Prevention and Response is hiring!  We are looking for a Community Advocate.  This position will meet with individuals who are referred to our office using a transformative justice framework.  The ideal candidate will have a counseling or social work background and experience in conflict resolution.  Please distribute widely to qualified candidates!  Applications should be submitted through Harvard Aspire, not sent to us directly.

OSAPR is a staff of 6: Director, Associate Director, Education Specialist, Survivor Advocate, Community Advocate, and Administrative Assistant.  We are educators with a commitment to providing information to our community using public health models of prevention.  Our advocacy services operate from a feminist empowerment model, informed by the neurobiology of trauma.  Our office values intersectionality, collaboration, and a radical approach to eradicating gender-based violence.  Creativity is a must.

All best,

Alicia
