Good afternoon,

Wanted to share our posting for a Title IX Coordinator. The Coordinator works closely with my office at the University. I cannot answer specific questions about the position because I am part of the search but am happy to answer general questions about the campus and the city of Oxford.

 

The University of Mississippi seeks an experienced individual to fill the position of Title IX Coordinator in the Office of Equal Opportunity and Regulatory Compliance. This position reports to the Director of Equal Opportunity and Regulatory Compliance; conducts investigations into sex discrimination complaints filed against students; disseminates memos/reports summarizing the information obtained during the investigations; serves as a liaison between the Director of Equal Opportunity and Regulatory Compliance and the Student Affairs Division staff; reports the status of complaints received and investigations in progress to the Director of Equal Opportunity and Regulatory Compliance; and supervises support staff, as assigned. Bachelor’s degree and three years related experience required. This position will remain open until filled or until an adequate applicant pool is established.
