Hi Sara – we provide technical assistance to states developing these plans through their RPE grant requirements. I can share a few plans from states that have completed them as well as contact info, if this is what you are referring to.
Sincerely,
Jen

Sara,
I would contact the Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Action Alliance (www.vsdvalliance.org). They have a well-outlined prevention plan and lots of resources devoted to this. They have an excellent conference as well (recently held).
Best,
Claire

Subject: [WRAC-L] State Rape Prevention Plans
Dear All,
I am working on a statewide committee through our Tennessee Coalition to complete a state sexual assault prevention plan and we wanted to reach out to various groups to inquire about their experiences. If you have worked on such a project I would appreciate it if you could share information on your process. Successes? Challenges? Any other feedback? Thanks, Sara
