Hello colleagues, I am wondering if anyone has brought in an outside agency to do an audit or review of sorts for their victim services? So for example someone coming to take a closer look at your advocacy team, or police department or mental health, to see if it is best serving the needs of survivors? If anyone has someone they’ve worked with or thoughts and suggestions, I would love to hear from you.
