Hello all--

I don't think that I ever got around to sending in U-M's logic models so let me do that now. Our logic model is intended to be shared with a lay audience and are much less detailed than Carmen's beautiful chart--which btw. is amazing, Carmen.  Thanks for initiating this geek-out. Would love to see other schools' approaches as well.

I am also including our matrix typology of our spectrum of prevention.

Hi all:

It didn’t appear that many folks had logic models or theories of change, but wanted to learn more.  I’ve attached our emerging DRAFT model if it’s helpful for any of you.

Also, I had a question to see if others of you had experienced campus employees being told that they needed to retroactively report sa disclosures?  As in:

-Student discloses to a CSA in 2013.  CSA files a (name withheld) crime stat report.

-This month, same student is informed that the CSA is now a T9 responsible employee and all past disclosures must now be re-filed to include victim name and other details shared, despite the victim’s wishes.

Any other running into this on campus who could help me understand why or how this is being communicated?

Thanks, all.

Subject: logic model geek out

Hi all:

I’m in the process of updating our program logic models and re-thinking our theories of change.

Is anyone out there willing to share their logic models for the following?

-first year primary prevention programs

-programs that engage men’s leadership and healthier expressions of masculinity

-training and technical assistance services to campus colleagues

-overall office or program (prevention/victim advocacy integration) logic models

I’d love to get some inspiration and learn more about how other folks are representing their programs and services!

Thank you so much!
