Hello colleagues,

Today's release of the second "It's On Us" PSA--titled Bystander--sets the stage for next week's National Week of Action. For those of us working on college campuses or with college students, it’s important that we work collaboratively with student activists to align efforts to prevent violence and abuse.  

To help support campus efforts, my organization has developed a resource, "Effectively Channeling Student Activism: 8 Strategies for a Successful Week of Action." This brief guide outlines strategies to ensure that the Week of Action is productive and effective at your institution. Please feel free to share this material with other practitioners and administrators on your campus.

What is It's On Us?

It's On Us is a new initiative launched by the White House this fall, aimed at fundamentally shifting the way we think about sexual assault.  It's a declaration that sexual assault is not only a crime committed by a perpetrator against a victim, but a societal problem in which all of us have a role to play.

EverFi is supporting It's On Us as a partner in the prevention of sexual assault by spreading the word across our higher education network of over 500 colleges and universities.
