The Illinois Coalition Against Sexual Assault has several excellent publications made available for downloading. I suggest the following: “How Can I Help?”; “Men Responding to Sexual Violence”; and “Parent Pamphlet” They are available here:

Are any of you aware of a good self help book or reference guide tailored to supporting secondary secondary survivors, (those who are supporting survivors) of sexual assault. We are looking for something in supplement to a counseling referral.
