As I review all of the Campus SaVE and White House Task Force information (for the umpteenth time!), I am struck by the idea that student conduct is taken completely out of the equation…that is, that upon “actual notice,” a report to the Title IX coordinator and a Title IX investigation is triggered.  Can anyone clarify for me whether or not a sexual assault case may still make its way through student conduct  and be heard by a panel? And, if so, what’s up with the task Force report making reference only to Title IX coordinators?
