Hi Kathy,
There are a handful that we have used. We always use the Where is the Line video from LoveisRespect.org. I also recommend the ones from the UK that ask "would you stop your self?"
I attached the list that my team and I have been creating as we go. Please note, we have not used all of them so I am very open to feedback. I hope this helps. Also, please please let me know if I should add some others.
