Quick question, For those of you who operate as advocates on campus, have you ever accompanied a student to a Title IX investigation interview, or would you be allowed to if the student asked? Our Title IX Coordinator is telling us that a student is not
allowed to have anyone in the meeting with her, including the student’s attorney, and we’re not sure if that’s a Title IX thing or that’s specific to UW.
