Hi all, I had a couple questions: We are looking to create a checklist for not only first responders but other staff and faculty who may receive a disclosure of sexual assault, domestic/dating violence or stalking. Does anyone already have something created that we can tweak? Secondly, we are looking to have a client survey for students who use our advocacy services. Can anyone share what they have? Also, how do you give them out-after services are completed, in person, via email...we are not sure which would be the best way to capture anonymous responses. We also want to make sure the survey captures other services on campus so that we can have a better idea of students satisfaction with the process.
Lastly, we have peer advocates that are utilized both in the office and through our hotline. Up on till this point we have never had a policy in place regarding advocate behavior after they've become advocates only prior. We do background checks with our Student Conduct office to ensure the student doesn't have any violation related to interpersonal violence. We recently had an advocate brought up on charges that we would consider inappropriate behavior for a peer advocate. Does anyone have any policies around peer advocates and these matters?
Your help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!
