Dear Listerv,

For Colleges/Universities who provide a 24/7 hotline service to reach on call advocates, I would like inquire about your process.  We are looking to see how to better accept afterhours calls to our campus advocates without the calls being routed through our on campus police department.  We have primarily done our afterhours this way but are wondering if it may be a barrier to access since some students don’t want to report to law enforcement.  I am also interested any services you may be using to administer the hotline also.
