Janine Latus is the author of the bestseller If I Am Missing or Dead: a sister's story of love, murder and liberation, and a dynamic speaker on intimate partner violence, sexual violence and the need for us to tell our truths, giving others permission
to tell theirs. In 2002 Janine's sister was murdered by her live-in boyfriend, and only then did Janine come forward with her own story of life with angry and controlling men. Now she travels the country, inspiring people to see the abuse in their own lives
and the lives of those close to them, starting conversations in hopes of saving others from the same silence and shame.
