Just a word of caution on the NISVS data – since it adds up to more than 100% in some categories (b/c of Vs victimized by multiple perps) the data can be confusing/incorrectly interpreted. - Jessie

Hi Rochelle,

I use the data from the National Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Survey (2010): http://www.cdc.gov/violenceprevention/pdf/nisvs_factsheet_lbg-a.pdf

Take care,

Elizabeth

Does anyone have recommended sources (preferably as current as possible) for prevalence of sexual violence, dating violence, and stalking, including gender breakdown and prevalence specifically in LGBTQ community? I am finding it hard to find stats post year 2000 that are also coming from reliable sources.
