To further clarify my initial email, I am wondering if you could indicate if your school's system is closest to one of these three formats:
1. Resolution though investigation (no hearing)
2. Resolution through investigation that subsequently informs a hearing;
3. Resolution primarily through hearing (investigation is minimal or not civil rights-based, and hearing process is largely adversarial; due process model)
2. Resolution through investigation that subsequently informs a hearing;
3. Resolution primarily through hearing (investigation is minimal or not civil rights-based, and hearing process is largely adversarial; due process model)
I will be happy compile and share the results.
Thank you!

Dear Colleagues,I am looking for colleges and universities that utilize an investigative model for cases of sexual misconduct. Does anyone have such a list, and if so, can you point me in the direction of where I could find it? If not, I am interested in compiling this list. If your school uses this model or if you know of any other schools that use this model, could you please contact me off-line? I'd be happy to share the list when I have finished compiling it if others are interested.Thanks!Brieanne
