We included our students in the process of looking at research on bystander programs as well as curricula that already exist, and then we worked with students to develop a program tailored to our school but based on research and promising practices. Of course we give credit where due, etc.

We found the process of including students up front created both a student-centered program as well as early investment from students. We thus recommend a similar approach.

Hi all,

We are interested in campuses who have successfully developed bystander intervention education on their campuses. i.e. What resources did you use for training? Did you utilize online resources for training, have an outside organization come in to assist, etc.? Thank you in advance!
